Owners have access to their building during all Bicolline events in which they participate.
In addition, the lease includes a schedule of 24 access dates each year for owners to come and enjoy their building with family and friends, which we call Cession Days.
Also, there are Villégiatures days, which are additional access dates for assignees for a fee.
