For fresh fruit and vegetables, local produce, dairy products, beverages, personal hygiene and pharmaceutical products, camping supplies, wood, ice cubes and blocks, shower passes and more. The convenience store will offer coffee and pastries to get your day off to a good start.

SIDON / PETRA / BYBLOS / TYR (SANTÉ TAOUK)

From now on, Le Faubourg will be the place to go to get your fill.

Crêperie Sidon: Open from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. for croissants, crêpes and other breakfasts, and from 11:30 a.m. to late in the evening for healthy juices and sweet crêpes.

Pizzeria Petra: Open from 11am to late for a plethora of pizzas and pastas.

Casse-Croûte Byblos: Open from 11 a.m. to late for a variety of poutines, burgers and spit-roasted chicken.

Tyr (Santé Taouk): Open from 11 a.m. to late night, operated by Santé Taouk (whose reputation is well established in Bicolline), you’ll find your classic Shish taouk, Shawarma and the legendary poutine.

Pizza des Hautes-Rivières offers a menu featuring mainly local and organic foods.

Baked in a wood-fired oven, the pizza comes in a range of flavours to suit all tastes, from vegetarian and vegan options to toppings made with quality meats such as all-dress bison (Grand-Duc farm) and Greek chicken (Rose des Vents farm).

They also offer a wrap-style Greek Sandwich, vegetarian or chicken, which provokes a burst of freshness in the mouth, as well as the famous Secret Caramel Beaver.

All pizza, sandwich and dessert varieties come with a gluten-free pasta option.
