Les propriétaires ont accès à leur bâtiment lors de toutes les activités de Bicolline auxquelles ils participent.
De plus, le bail comprend un calendrier de 24 dates d’accès hors-activité à chaque année pour que les propriétaires puissent venir profiter de leur bâtiment avec leur famille et amis, c’est ce que nous appelons les journées de cession.
À cela s’ajoutent les journées de villégiature, qui sont des dates d’accès supplémentaires pour les cessionnaires, moyennant des frais d’entrée.
