Rule for lost or hostage seals:
Season 1:
If a guild has not recovered its seal, it is considered to be unused, i.e. still in someone else’s safe, whether from its own guild or another.
The guild leader or treasurer mentions this to game management via an e-mail to gestion.jeu@bicolline.org.
Season 2:
If the seal is still not recovered, it is declared “lost or hostage”.
The guild leader or one of his treasurers must hand over 500 solars to game management to initiate the replacement or follow-up process. A public announcement will be made.
Season 3:
If another guild or a player returns the seal, game management awards them a reward of 500 solars. The ransoming is done publicly.
If the seal is not recovered, the 500 solars are permanently lost.
Season 4:
Game management returns the recovered seal or a new seal to the guild concerned, which becomes active again, but its previous seal is considered permanently lost even if it reappears.
For each seal lost, the guild must pay 500 solars, so several seals will incur a cumulative cost (e.g. 3 seals = 1500 solars).
