Reception
As soon as they arrive at the Bicolline site, all participants must go through reception to register and receive their entry pass!
*** Important: participants are admitted only during the reception desk’s opening hours. Only participants who have already received their pass may enter the Bicolline site outside these hours. ***
Shuttle buses to parking lot P0 will also be available at these times (departing from Reception only). See the Parking section below.

RECEPTION DESK AND SHUTTLE SCHEDULE
- Friday, August 9: 10 am to 6 pm
- Saturday, August 10: 10 am to 6 pm
- Sunday, August 11: 9am to 8pm
- Monday, August 12: 10 am to 6 pm
- Tuesday, August 13: 10 am to 6 pm
- Wednesday, August 14: 10 am to 6 pm
- Thursday, August 15: 9am to 8pm
- Friday, August 16: 9am to 8pm
- Saturday, August 17: 10am to 6pm (Shuttle to P0 only, reception and landing stage closed)

Parking
The main parking lot for the Grande Bataille is P0. This is serviced by a shuttle bus throughout the event (see schedule above).
P0 is 4.7 km from the Duché de Bicolline site. Directions to the site will be posted at the gate and along municipal roads.

Pre-assembly
The pre-assembly day will take place on Saturday, August 3, 2024 from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
This set-up time is reserved for pre-registered people who have paid their registration in advance. Only building residents or those setting up their tent or decorum pavilion will be allowed during this day: it is not possible to set up tents or equipment in the non-decorum area. The pre-assembly area is not dedicated to construction or repair work.
Early Arrival
The early arrival is a period of one or two days preceding the start of the Grande Bataille de Bicolline (Friday, August 9 and Saturday, August 10, 2024).
This period is reserved exclusively for participants who meet the following criteria:
- Be registered for the seven-day package and have paid the fees.
- Be a member of the Duché de Bicolline (family members of the registered member must live at the same address to be eligible).
- Stay in a building for the duration of the event.
Early arrival registration includes additional fees for participants aged 16 and over.
Departure
The official departure from the site takes place from Sunday August 18 at 8:00 am.
Vehicles can only access the site from this point.
If you need to leave the site at any other time during the event, please inquire at Reception or with the coordination team.
Please note that departures following the site access and shuttle schedule detailed above will be greatly facilitated.
