What You Need to Know Before Arriving on Site

Three essential instructions for a smooth arrival. Please read them carefully in full.

Have your QR code ready: Printed or saved as a photo on your phone. There is no cellular service on site.

No internet access. Your QR code must be available offline.

Registration only during the hours listed below. No exceptions

Outside these hours, no on-site registration will be accepted. Plan your travel accordingly. It is better to arrive early than to miss the registration window.

Wristband required for entry. No exceptions

Without a wristband issued at Reception, access to the site will be denied, regardless of where you are coming from or the reason given.

Unauthorized Materials

Early Arrival

This period is reserved for participants who meet all three criteria below: all three, without exception.

Hold a seven-day package + all fees paid (Fee: $90 for Friday arrivals and $50 for Saturday arrivals)
Be a member of the Duché de Bicolline.Immediate family members living at the same address as the registered participant are also eligible.
Be staying in a building for the entire duration of the event.

Important Notes for This Period

Vehicles are permitted for equipment transport only.
Vehicle access to the site is strictly for unloading equipment. Once unloading is complete, vehicles must be moved immediately to the parking area designated by Duché staff or volunteers on duty.
No deliveries of large equipment.

This restriction applies throughout the entire early arrival period.

Tents and tiny homes: Guild camps only. Registration required

No tent (decorum or non-decorum) or tiny home may be installed outside of guild camps during the early arrival period, except for certain designated volunteers. All tents must be registered. Any unregistered tent may be relocated or denied.

Pre-setup

Pre-setup is available to pre-registered players who are sleeping in a building or a period tent.

This allows them to take advantage of an extra day to set up camp and prepare for the Grande Bataille.

Hours: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

No overnight accommodations are allowed on site after pre-setup.

Parking

The Main Parking Area is P0

If you are eligible for nearby parking, a parking permit will be issued to you during check-in. Affix it to your windshield as soon as possible.

Parking Outside Designated Areas: Towing

Any vehicle parked outside its designated area will be towed. As parking space is extremely limited, your cooperation is essential.

If you need to leave on a daily basis, you must comply with the shuttle schedule or arrange alternative transportation (bicycle, taxi, Uber). We cannot assign parking spaces based on individual circumstances.

Departure from the Site

When and How to Leave the Site

Official Departure: Sunday, August 16 at 8:00 a.m.

Vehicles may access the site for loading purposes only starting at this time.

Exit Route: When leaving parking lot P0, follow the signs toward Chemin St-François. This route provides greater road safety for everyone.

You may leave at any time, provided you have your wristband.

Your vehicle is parked in P0 (7 km from the Duché)?

Option 1: Use the shuttle service.

Option 2: Outside shuttle operating hours, use alternative transportation (bicycle, taxi, Uber, etc.).

When the site is “in game,” meaning under decorum conditions, the following guidelines must be respected:

Take care to conceal any non-decorum personal belongings while traveling outside the site.
Comply with all safety regulations in effect at the time of your departure. IT IS IMPORTANT TO CHECK WITH RECEPTION FOR CURRENT INSTRUCTIONS.

The drop-off area is not accessible to vehicles on Saturday, August 15.

By following the official departure schedule and the shuttle schedule, your departure from the site will be significantly faster.
