You may register for early arrival prior to the event only if you meet the following criteria:
1- Register for the 7-day package, from August 9 to 16;
2- Be a member of the Duché de Bicolline (in the case of a couple or family, the spouse AND/OR child(ren) must live at the same address as the registered member);
3- Stay in a building during the 7 days of the event;
4- Pay the fees.
Pre-setup is available to pre-registered players who are sleeping in a building or a period tent.
This allows them to take advantage of an extra day to set up camp and prepare for the Grande Bataille.
Hours: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
No overnight accommodations are allowed on site after pre-setup.
You may leave the site at any time during the week.
When the site is “in play,” i.e., in decorum, the following rules must be observed:
– Take care to “camouflage” your non-decorum personal effects when moving outside the site.
– Comply with the safety rules in effect at the time of your departure. IT IS IMPORTANT TO CHECK WITH THE WELCOME DESK.
The only day vehicles are allowed to access the site to leave the event is the closing Sunday, August 16, 2026.
You may leave the site at any time during the week.
