Immersive Scenario

The “Que la fête commence !” event is an immersion into the clandestine world, where intrigue, alliances, and power struggles intertwine in a night of mystery and confrontation.

 

Participants

  • Players: Approximately 260 participants.
  • Non-players (NPCs): 100 to 200 participants.

SCHEDULE

Welcome

  • Reception of actors (NPCs): from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
  • Reception of players: from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm.

Deployment

    • 6:00 pm to 6:30 pm.
    • Deployment in the field will be done in groups.
    • The start of the activity will be marked by the sound of a fog horn.

Players must be ready to deploy from 6:00 pm and follow the organizers’ instructions to reach their respective areas.

End of activities: 3:00 am

Players:

    • Member: $115.00 CAD + taxes ($132.22 CAD)
    • Regular: $125.00 CAD + taxes ($143.72 CAD).
    • On invitation only: Requires an invitation from an underground organization.
    • Deadline: July 4, 2025, at 5:00 p.m.

Extras (NPCs):

      • Member: $42.00 CA + taxes ($48.29 CA).
      • Regular: $50.00 CA + taxes ($57.49 CA).
      • Authorization needed: Requires authorization from the Game Masters.
      • Deadline: July 4, 2025, at 5:00 p.m.

Participants who are members of the Duché de Bicolline will receive a scenario population card and 5 solars!

*Registration is non-refundable and non-transferable to another activity. It is possible to transfer your participation to another person for the same activity. In this case, please contact us at info@bicolline.org before the start of the activity to inform us of the replacement.
