Summer Solstice of the year of grace MXXIII

We, Julia Franz Garder, High Queen, having announced the Chevauchée of the Crowned, an unprecedented initiative bringing together nobles of the sword from distant lands into a single sharp point, hereby declare that: 

1. We grant the command of our noble enterprise to the Guild of the Phoenix, the pride of the nordic nobility. The military exploits of the soldiers of Prince Gabriel 1st precede them, and we are confident that they will rally the flower of nobility to the cause of the Crowned. Nobles wishing to obtain delegated command of any of the battles we will fight together should approach the Prince. 
2. We appoint Leon de Bourgogne, a man of unwavering principles and the rightful lord of Derzat, as the treasurer of the Chevauchée for the duration of the adventure. He will be the shield that protects our coffers, ensuring the provision of our armies and the accomplishment of our designs. 

May all nobles, knights, and gendarmes rally by our side in the name of honor and duty. Let us unite our forces and raise our swords, restoring the natural hierarchical order of the continent, and protecting our kingdoms from the torches of those villeins who would willingly plunge our lands into discord.
