It’s time to register for the Great Battle and benefit from the pre-registration discount (before July 5)!

Registrations open for the Great Battle

The time has come to register for the 27th edition of the Great Battle, which will be titled: The Legacy of the First !

Note that the pre-registration discount is effective until July 5.

*NEW SITE ACCESS AND RECEPTION HOURS DURING THE GREAT BATTLE*

The site access times (registration / reception and drop-off) are modified this year to better reflect the actual traffic on the site.

The arrival of new participants wishing to go to reception to confirm their registration will take place exclusively during the following time slots and shuttles serving the parking lots will also be available at these times:  

• Friday August 9 (early arrival): 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. 
• Saturday August 10 (early arrival): 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. 
• Sunday August 11: 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. 
• Monday August 12: 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. 
• Tuesday August 13: 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. 
• Wednesday August 14: 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. 
• Thursday August 15: 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. 
• Friday August 16: 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. 
• Saturday August 17: Reception and drop-off point closed, shuttle to the parking lots from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. 
• Sunday August 18: 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Every year, the Duchy of Bicolline needs passionate and committed people to join the team of volunteers for the Great Battle of Bicolline.

We are grateful for the dedication its volunteers bring to the event as they carry out many tasks that help make it a unique event with international notoriety!

Tournaments

This year, for four specific tournaments, we will use online pre-registrations. In the case of a team tournament, only the team captain is responsible for registration. You have access to the online form via the links below:

Tactika:

This year, we are limiting the number of teams to eight (8) in order to optimize the tournament time slots.  

*New*  To participate, you MUST subscribe to online pre-registrations. 

Important detail!  The tournament will be over three (3) days, but teams will only fight over a maximum of two (2) days. 

GROUP A will fight on Wednesday, GROUP B on Thursday and the two (2) best teams from each group will meet on Friday for the finals phase. 

Reserve your spot early! 

Trollball:  

Reminder! The matches begin on Great Battle Monday.  

*New*  Friendly Mixed League: The games will take place on Monday am only, for the pleasure of playing! Ideal for preparing to join competitive teams, testing or creating a new team. 

To participate, you will need to pre-register online or at the information kiosk at the entrance to the site on Sunday August 11 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., keep in mind that places are limited! 

Maximum 22 teams will be able to participate in the tournament:  

            - Regular mixed 8 teams 

            - Mixed duchy 4 teams 

            - Women’s 6 teams 

            - Friendly 4 teams 

After careful consideration, one rule point has been adjusted:  

A team from the Regular Mixed League can ONLY have ONE player from the Duchy Mixed League. 

A Women’s League team can include SEVERAL players from the Regular and/or Duchy Mixed League. 

Archer combat:

Schedule changed: Monday and Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and the finals will be on Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. 

At any time, it will be possible to register at the ”La Flèche” store. If time slots are still available, you will be able to participate in the tournament. 

 Fine Blades: 

*New*  Games will take place on Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., for a maximum of 64 participants.  

*New*  To participate, you MUST subscribe to online pre-registrations.

Early arrival at the Great Battle

If you wish to take advantage of early arrival, note that there are conditions to respect:

1. Stay in a building
2. Be a member of the Duchy of Bicolline*

If you are registering people under the age of 16 for early check-in, please do not check the box when registering as the system will charge them.

Instead, please specify their presence in the comment section.

Same thing if you are a member and you want to invite people living under the same roof as you (who are not members) , you will have to note their presence in the comments section and we will charge them for early arrival during registration. .

Early check-in for life members :

As a lifetime member, you are entitled to early arrival on Saturday. If you wish to arrive on Friday, please select and pay for Saturday and we will then offer you Friday.

The tournament field has been resurfaced and seeded.

Please do not circulate in this space.  

Transfer costs and insurance

The transfer fees will be sent to you in the coming days.

Please pay it within the prescribed deadline.

We also ask you to send us your proof of insurance for the current year, before July 15.

We remind you that any building on sale must be insured.

Wood delivery 

Wood deliveries continue until the end of June, you can still place your orders.

The rope is priced at $85 (taxes included) and will be delivered to your camp after we have received your payment.

Please send us an email to  info@bicolline.org  indicating the quantity and delivery location and we will send you the payment terms.

Reminder on arrival time at events

A simple reminder to tell you to carefully check the documentation of the events in which you participate.

If, for example, an event is indicated as follows:

Reception: 5 p.m.

Doors open: 6:00 p.m.

This means that you can check in at 5 p.m. but you will not have access to the site until 6 p.m.

We do this to facilitate check-in and avoid long queues.

Here is a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ), for which we will take the event cited above as a reference:

• Q: I am a transferee, can I take equipment to my cabin? A: Yes… At 6 p.m.!
• Q: I was told it was at 5 p.m.… Can I come in? A: Yes…At 6 p.m.!
• Q: I rented a room at the hostel, can I go change? A: Yes… At 6 p.m.!

GET YOUR GUILD LOCK!

As announced during the guild council last April, Tuesday’s battle The Base of Oblivion will be made up of as many fronts as there are guilds on the battlefield. Among the mechanics offered, one in particular requires the purchase of a guild lock in order to participate (if you wish of course). Each POI of this mechanic will be attached to a specific game sphere.

-Here is a reminder of this mechanic:

· Guilds that wish can obtain an identified padlock from the Seahorse Bank. Each guild can only purchase one lock. The cost is one seal (any), which will be given to the following season.

It will only be possible to obtain a padlock on two occasions:

1) During the Ducasse on June 22

2) Before the Seahorse Bank closes on Great Battle Monday.

All guild leaders will receive an email inviting them to obtain a lock.

-Each game sphere will have a POI on the field, but there will be no indication to differentiate them. Each of these POIs will be provided with a box containing three rings. Each of these boxes will open for a period of ten minutes only, making the rings accessible for guilds to lock their locks on. Once the allotted time is up, the chest itself will be locked until the battle ends at 3:30 p.m.

-At the end of the battle, the score will be counted as follows:

• If only one lock is present, this is equivalent to 1200 solars purchasing the appropriate sphere for the guild owning the lock;
• If two locks are present, each is worth 500 solars to purchase the appropriate sphere for the guilds owning the locks;
• If three locks are present, each is worth 300 solars to purchase the appropriate sphere for the guilds that own the locks.

· During the July Exploration Campaign, guilds may be able to obtain:

• The location of POIs by spheres as well as their opening time
