It was a painful wake-up call this morning in the Duché de Bicolline, following a fire that broke out overnight. The historic Vieille Ville district was heavily damaged: twenty-two buildings were destroyed.

Fortunately, there were no injuries. Our thoughts are with the affected guilds and members. Starting today, our teams are reaching out to all affected property owners.

The Bicolline administration and its various departments are mobilized, working closely with the authorities, and are meeting this morning; we will keep you informed of further developments.

We would like to highlight and thank the various fire departments for their work in preventing the fire from spreading to all the buildings in the Vieille Ville.
