Cession au Duché
Owners have access to their building for all Bicolline activities in which they participate.
In addition, the lease includes a schedule of 24 off-activity access dates each year for owners to come and enjoy their building with family and friends, which we call Cessions.
Added to this are Villégiature days, which are additional access dates for Cessionnaires for a fee.
