** Newsletter April 2024
Spring has (finally) sprung, and it’s time to gradually get back to business in the Duché, after a most enjoyable Ball in Les Terres du Sud.
Change of dates for the April allotment
For logistical reasons, we’ve had to move the allotment scheduled for April 19-20-21.
It will now take place on the following weekend, April 26-27-28.
If you have already completed your registration, it will be automatically moved to the new date.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you, and thank you for your understanding.
Membership card
You can now renew your membership card at any time, as well as modify your personal information on the platform. Just follow this link: https://bicolline.online/profile/account/
Return of the Oracle
Within the next two weeks, guild leaders will receive the Oracle 2024 in their mailboxes.
This is a document containing all the relevant information to pass on to your guild members.
This information ranges from the Grande Bataille schedule, to changes in geopolitical rules, to town-planning instructions for setting up camp.
This document will serve as the basis for the presentation at the Guild Council.
Please note that the Oracle will be much more complete than the in-person presentation on April 20, and should serve as a reference.
Please keep it in a safe place.
The Oracle will also be available to all on the Bicolline website following the Guild Council.
Council of Guilds
Each year, the Duché de Bicolline convenes a face-to-face meeting of guild leaders to unveil certain aspects of the game’s operation and to present the stakes of the Grande Bataille.
Guild leaders will shortly receive an e-mail with information about the Guild Council, which will be held on Saturday April 20 in Saint-Mathieu-du-Parc, starting at 1:00 pm.
Please confirm your attendance when you receive this e-mail.
