The Bataille de Bicolline is an event that gathers more than 4000 participants during 7 days, which offers a great visibility to merchants and artisans.

Fees related to the right of sale
The basic right of sale includes:
- One (1) sales location of 100 square feet (10X10ft.). Any excess space is subject to additional charges.
- One (1) 7-day pass to the event (for the merchant or craftsman).
- One (1) parking spot nearby

Location of sales and installation
The merchants and artisans’ quarter is located in the decorum area, in the Upper Town, close to the Auberge de Bicolline and to the main entrance of the site.
This is the only authorized sales area for all merchants and artisans of products/services. A sales license issued by the Duché de Bicolline is mandatory. Mobile shops are prohibited. Types of installations authorized for sale:
- A medieval or period tent
- A building
- A rental kiosk
RECEPTION AND DEPARTURE OF MERCHANTS AND ARTISANS
All merchants and artisans, as well as their pre-registered employees, can arrive on the Saturday (august 12th) before the event to check in and install their equipment.
For the departure, vehicles will be allowed to circulate on the site starting at 9am on Sunday August 20th at the end of the event.

Bicolline has 10X10 ft. wooden kiosks which are available for rental.

Other services
One (1) parking space per shop is reserved, near the merchant area and available for vehicles and trailers. The parking lot will be open daily for your travels, if needed.
Electricity and internet access: All buildings in the Merchant’s alley can be supplied with electricity and access to a network cable for an additional fee for the duration of the event.

EMPLOYEE(S)
All employees of the merchant must be registered for the event for the duration of their stay on site.
For every additional 100 square feet of selling space (this excludes the 100 square feet included in the initial right of sale), the merchant or artisan gets a 50% discount on an adult event registration for their employees. A maximum of 5 additional registrations with a 50% discount is possible.
Sample cases:
EXAMPLE A
A merchant is attending alone and has a 10X10 foot pavilion. He must then pay the following fees:
- Initial sales fee $425+tx (this includes 100 square feet of sales space and one seven-day pass to the event).
EXAMPLE B
A merchant is present with his 3 employees (4 people in total) and has 300 square feet of selling space. He must then pay the following fees:
- Initial sales fee $425+tx (this includes 100 square feet of sales space and one seven-day pass to the event).
- $550+tx for additional selling space (200 square feet at $2.75+tx)
- Must pay for 2 registrations at 50% off and one registration at full price (two registrations at 50% off due to the additional 200 square feet and one registration at regular rate).
